Scott Garton

Scott Garton is an academic librarian with responsibilities for supporting Anthropology and Native American Studies. He is also heavily involved in the improvement of research and study spaces throughout the libraries. Recent projects have included reimagining the Entryway, the information Commons, Core (2North), all in the Main Library as well as the demolition and rebuild of Mudd Library on North Campus. His current research project, in collaboration with other Northwestern Librarians, as well as research groups and Universities across the United States and Canada, is an investigation of research practices of Native American and Indigenous scholars, based on interviews with the researchers.
