NAIS Advising

Declaring a NAIS Minor

1. • First, please make sure you have completed the Weinberg Minor Declaration Form appropriately, which will notify Weinberg College of your intention to work towards the NAIS minor:

     • Weinberg Minor Declaration FORM

   • Once completed, send to the NAIS Minor Coordinator & Advisor, Dr Eli Suzukovich for review and approval. Once approved, he will send it to Weinberg on your behalf.

   • To keep track of your NAIS minor progress, email Dr Suzukovich and/or schedule an advising appointment to complete the NAIS Minor Tracking Form together:

     • NAIS Minor Tracking FORM 

   • Lastly, please make sure to email the completed NAIS Minor plan form to Dr Suzukovich and the CNAIR Program Assistant. We will make sure it is signed and submitted to WCAS Office of Undergraduate Studies.
