Declaring a NAIS Minor

    1. Please complete this form to declare the minor.

    2. Once you have completed the student section of the form, e-mail it to the NAIS Advisor, who will complete the form and submit it to the WCAS Office of Undergraduate Studies. Please copy cnair@northwestern.edu.

    3. If you have questions about the minor, email the NAIS minor coordinator, Doug Kiel at doug.kiel@northwestern.edu and copy cnair@northwestern.edu . Office Hours by appointment only.
