Declaring a NAIS Minor

    1. Please complete this form to declare the minor.

    2. Once you have completed the student section of the form, e-mail it to the the CNAIR Program Assistant who will have the NAIS Minor coordinator/advisor complete the form and submit it to the WCAS Office of Undergraduate Studies. 

    3. If you have questions about the minor, email the CNAIR Program Assistant at cnair@northwestern.edu .
